We are a small family run winery dedicated to making great wines in the idyllic setting of Hillier, in Prince Edward County. Our winemaker, Colin Stanners, is producing complex, award winning wines. His patient, minimalist approach allows the vintage and terroir to speak clearly and with purity.
Our vineyard is managed using sustainable farming practices and our wine is produced in an energy efficient straw bale building.
We keep the land around our vineyard as natural as possible to help maintain and encourage biodiversity and we have a beautiful native wildflower garden surrounding our patio.
From the 401 take the Wooler Road Exit 522 and travel south to Hwy 33 (Loyalist Pkwy). Follow Hwy 33 south past Consecon to Hillier. Turn left on Station Road. The vineyard is just under 1/2 km down the road on the right.

New Release
We are pleased to announce the release of our 2023 Pinot Noir, made with grapes from our East and West blocks and from the Devil’s Wishbone vineyard. There was plenty of heat during the growing season, giving ripe, classic County Pinot Noir flavours. It’s already tasting excellent and should develop more and more complexity as it ages.
And yes, we will be releasing our 2023 Pinot Noir The Narrow Rows – it’s coming soon!
Stanners wines have been served in 121 fine Ontario restaurants and 15 excellent Québec restaurants ! See list.
